Haddenham Community Centre £3,000 to provide funds for the upkeep of the community facility in the light of the withdrawal of local government grants previously received.

Haddenham Christian Aid £120 to fund the rental of the Village Hall staging a money raising event on behalf of Christian Aid Charity

The Trustees also agreed to amend a previously agreed Grant to the Village Hall of £1,000 for new tables to include chairs up to the value of the original grant of £1,000.

The Trustees discussed applications for on-going annual support for projects and agreed that as there was no certainty over the value of future funds available to the Charity such considerations would only be made up to the value of 25% of the previous Summer Festival’s surplus and even this should not be seen as a commitment but an indication that such applications would be considered as a priority but not at the expense of a fair distribution of funds throughout the remainder of the community.

Prospective Applicants for Grants should note that Trustee meetings at which applications are considered and agreed or otherwise are held quarterly and the relevant dates for the next 12 months are;
